Chi Kung is the study of energy. It involves breathing, movement, and intention. It can be a vast topic as there three main areas of Chi Kung, medical, martial, and meditative. At Triyoga of Cedar Rapids we concentrate on Chi Kung that brings health through benefiting the internal organs and stimulating the flow of Chi through the 12 main meridians and develop the 8 extra meridians. We also work to strengthen the energy that surrounds the body, develop our sensitivity to the energy and to emotions, and learn how to transport the energy within our body to focus it with our intention for activity.
